Here's what you will need to make it!
1 - Chickpeas wraps
Tortilla - 1
Boiled chickpeas - 100gm
Salt - 20gm
Paprika - 10gm
Lemon juice - 15ml
Mix salad - 30gm

Sauce
Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 1tbsp
Mix it together

Methods
Boil socked chickpeas for 4 minutes, let it cool then add salt, paprika & lemon juice into it mix it through after that mash it but make sure it’s crumble mash not creamy mash. Place tortilla add sauce on it that we prepared, add mashed chickpeas on it, add mix salad as well then add more sauce on the top. Now roll it cut it from middle. Enjoy!

2 - Tunda wraps
Tortilla - 1
Tinned tuna - 2
Spinach, onion, tomatos, coriander & mint - 50gm
Honey - 1 tbsp
Yogurt - 1tbsp

Sauce
Ranch dressing - 1tbst
Season to taste

Methods
Chop Spinach, onion, tomato, coriander & mint place all in same bowl add 1 tin of tuna on the top add spoon of honey & spoon of yogurt
Then mix it through. Place tortilla add mixed veg & herbs add 1 more tin of tune on the top drizzle ranch dressing then wrap it, cut it into half. Enjoy!

3 - Steak wraps
Tortilla - 1
Steak - 150gm
Cooking oil - 15ml
Salt - 10gm
Pepper - 10gm
Lettuce - 2leafs
Tomato - 20gm
Onion - 20gm

Sauce
Mayo - 2 tbsp
Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
Mix it together

Methods
Cut steak in to thin long pieces, marinate with oil, salt & pepper Cook it for 1 minute each side. Since tomato, slice onion.
Place tortilla add lettuce, tomato, onion, steak & on the top add sauce that we just made. Wrap it, cut it onto half. Enjoy!

4 - Eggs & Bacon wraps
Tortilla - 1
Bacon - 1 rasher
Eggs - 2 pieces
Lettuce - 2 leafs
Tomato - 30gm
Season to taste

Sauce
Ranch dressing - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1tbsp
Mix it well

Methods
Cook bacon for 2 minutes each side, cook eggs, cut tomato. Place tortilla add lettuce, tomato, bacon & eggs both top add honey ranch dressing. Wrap it, cut into half. Enjoy!


5 - Chicken wraps
Tortilla - 1
Chicken - 100gm
Salt & pepper - 15gm
Oil - 15ml
Lettuce - 2 leafs
Carrots - 30gm
Capsicum - 30gm

Sauce
Mayo - 2tbsp
Paprika - 10gm
Mix it well

Methods
-Cut chicken into pieces then cook it well, cut lettuce, julienne carrot, slice capsicum. Then place tortilla add cut lettuce, julienne carrot, sliced capsicum, cooked chicken on the tortilla then add 2 spoon chilli mayo on the top after that gently but wrap the tortilla tight. then cut it into half enjoy it.
