* Chapati- 3 cut into thin strips
* Onion- 1 large finelt sliced
* Carrot- 1 cut into lengthwise
* Green capsicum- 1 cut into lengthwise
* Potato- 1 cut into lengthwise
* Soya sauce- 1 tspn
* Tomato sauce- 1 tspn
* Chilli powder- 1 tspn
* Magi masala- 1 packet (6g)
* Mustard seeds- some
* Curry leaves
* Salt to taste
* Oil- 4 tbsp to cook
